Christian churches rejected the Second Coming of the Lord, which occurred through the Swedish scientist Emanuel Swedenborg in the 18th century. God himself appeared to Swedenborg and ordered him to write his theological works. Read and print the book “My Struggle” for free! Contains facts that may shock you!

Small churches have been founded on Swedenborg’s works, but they have not dared to apply the teachings of the New Church to practical life. Only now, when the undersigned has received the Lord’s command to create an international New Church, or the Church of the Second Coming of the Lord, is Swedenborg’s prophecy of the Church’s expansion to a global scale coming true.

Emanuel Swedenborg was a brilliant scientist, whose intelligence quotient (IQ) has been estimated to be around 205. Swedenborg left his brilliant scientific career and wrote his theological works for 27 years under the Lord’s guidance. They have influenced many intelligent writers and scientists. The Second Coming of the Lord thus took place through a scientist, for our time is the time of science.

The significance of Swedenborg’s works is described by Honoré de Balzac in his novel “Louis Lambert”: “His theology is sublime, and his religion is the only one that a highly developed mind can accept. He alone is capable of bringing man into communion with God, and he awakens a thirst for Him. He frees the Divine Majesty from the shackles in which the various religions have bound Him.”

I have written my book “My Struggle” and translated it into seven languages (opens at the flag). I have received a command from the Lord while reading the Bible to establish an international Church of the Second Coming of the Lord. In my book I tell a short story of my life, a little politics and economics and mainly theology and the rebirth of man, as well as a critique of the modern world. The facts presented in the book may shock you. Print the book for free!

  • Published widely on mathematics, physics, anatomy, astronomy, metallurgy, mechanics and theology.
  • He was respected in Enlightenment-era Europe as a serious scientific thinker.

Spiritual transformation

  • In his mid-50s (around 1744–1745), Swedenborg reported a profound spiritual awakening.
  • He claimed that Christ appeared to him and that he was granted the ability to:
    • Consciously visit Heaven, Hell, and the spirits’ world
    • Converse with angels and spirits
    • Understand the inner, symbolic meaning of the Bible

After this, he largely abandoned scientific writing and devoted the rest of his life to theology. He was to teach people new philosophy and theology under the Lord’s guidance.

Theological ideas

Swedenborg’s teachings were unconventional and influential:

  • The Bible has multiple layers of meaning, especially secret spiritual and heavenly meaning
  • Heaven and Hell are states of being, shaped by one’s loves and character, not arbitrary rewards or punishments.
  • God is one person, revealed fully in Jesus Christ. In Jesus there is the Father, or His soul, the Son, or His body, and the Holy Spirit, or the influence flowing from Him. He did not accept the prevalent doctrine of the Trinity, which he considered wrong. Jesus is God himself.
  • Free will is essential; people choose their spiritual destiny.
  • The afterlife begins immediately after death, not at a distant Last Judgment.

Major spiritual works include:

  • Heaven and Hell
  • Arcana Coelestia
  • Divine Love and Wisdom
  • True Christian Religion
  • The Apocalypse Revealed
  • Divine Providence
  • Marital Love
